This year has been a whirlwind of change and adjustment- a lot of difficult events, and some good for those who were able to adjust positively. If you have been following me for a while, you would have seen some of my published articles on re-entry anxiety. I have been sharing advice on dealing with current events and struggles in the world today using Sophrology and trying to have it reach as many people as possible. It is my hope that this will help others get by- a reminder that they are not alone in their worries and there are simple, achievable ways to transform our lives and do better.
As times evolve and the challenges we face change (as they always do), I will continue to provide you with resources to help through this Sophrology Resource Hub.
