No previous experience with Sophrology is needed — just a few minutes each day and a willingness to slow down and check in with yourself.
The programme includes five sessions, designed to be practised across five weeks.
You’ll start with Week 1 and repeat the same 15-minute session each day. After seven days of practice, move on to the next week’s session.
The power is in the repetition — daily practice helps you go deeper, build confidence with the method, and feel the full benefits over time.
Each session is around 15 minutes and follows a simple, supportive flow that’s easy to follow.
Dominique begins by introducing the theme for the week, then gently demonstrates each exercise. Once you’re familiar with the movements, she guides you through the full practice — helping you settle into the session with confidence and ease.
