Our Founding Story
BeSophro was founded by Dominique Antiglio, a Sophrology expert, best-selling author, and trained Osteopath with over 20 years’ experience in holistic health and mental wellbeing.
After discovering Sophrology as a teenager during a period of illness, Dominique experienced first-hand how powerful it can be in restoring balance, energy, and inner strength.
Trained under the method’s founder, Dr. Alfonso Caycedo, she has since worked with Olympic athletes, CEOs, and high-performing teams at organisations including Amazon, the UK Government, Asics’ Movement for Mind, the World Economic Forum, and The Guardian Masterclass, sharing simple, techniques and practices to help people manage stress, improve sleep, and build lasting confidence.
