Reset and Reconnect This January
At the start of the year, many of us feel tired before we even begin. We try to set goals and start strong, but our minds are busy, our bodies feel tense, and life already feels full.
When this happens, we lose touch with something essential. We stop listening to how we really feel and become disconnected from our true needs and inner strength.
Back to You is an invitation to slow down, reconnect and gently create new habits that support deeper, lasting change.
Starting on 12 January, this free 21 day Sophrology challenge offers a softer, more grounded way to come back to yourself and begin the year from a place of connection rather than pressure.
About this Challenge
The Back to You Challenge is a 21-day journey beginning on January 12th 2026. You’ll be guided through three short daily audio practices, designed to be repeated over six days at a time, with space to pause and integrate before moving on. The focus is on repetition rather than effort, and on building habits that feel sustainable in real life.
Throughout the challenge, you’ll also be supported in a dedicated Instagram community, where you can ask questions and share reflections.
Each practice is rooted in Sophrology, a mind-body method that combines breathing, gentle movement, body awareness and visualisation. Practised little and often, it helps you reconnect with your body and mind, shift unhelpful patterns, and build a calmer, more confident relationship with yourself.
The intention of the challenge is simple. To help you reconnect with yourself, reduce stress, build body awareness, restore energy, shift your mindset, and gain clarity and confidence for what matters to you now and moving forward.

FAQs
Have questions?
From how the challenge works to what’s included in each practice, here’s everything you need to know before you get started.
The Back to You Challenge starts on 12 January 2026. You’ll receive your first guided practice by email on that day.
The challenge runs for three weeks. Each week focuses on a different theme, with one short practice to repeat daily.
That’s completely okay. Sophrology is designed for real life, not perfect routines. If you miss a day, simply start again when you can. There’s no catching up and no pressure. The more regularly you practise, the more benefits you’ll feel, but every practice still counts.
All practices are shared via email as guided audio recordings. You can listen and practise wherever you are.
Not at all — the best time is the one that fits naturally into your day.
Some people prefer to practise in the morning to set the tone for the day, while others find it helpful in the evening to unwind and sleep better.
What matters most is consistency. Find a moment that works for you, and try to stick with it each day.
Not at all. This challenge is completely beginner-friendly and gently guides you step by step — no previous experience or equipment needed.
Sophrology is a simple, accessible mind-body practice that helps you feel more balanced, calm, and connected to yourself — physically, mentally, and emotionally.
It combines breathing, gentle movement, relaxation, meditation and visualisation to build self-awareness and resilience in everyday life.
At BeSophro, we use Sophrology to support everything from stress and sleep to IVF, birth preparation, and navigating major life transitions like menopause. Whether you’re looking to feel more grounded or prepare for a big moment, Sophrology gives you the tools to meet it with clarity and calm.
