10 Days of Free Sophrology Practices

    Starting a New Year can be overwhelming, not knowing how to keep our stress in check, what to prioritise or what intention to set for the months ahead. So taking care of your mental well-being often takes a backseat, but it doesn’t have to! Self-care doesn’t have to be a lengthy process, it just requires consistency – little but often!

    Kickstart your day by joining Master in Sophrology & Best-selling Author Dominique Antiglio for just 10 minutes a day for 10 days to practice a combination of relaxation, breathing, simple movement and visualisation exercises to calm the mind, boost your energy and confidently embrace your projects and goals.


    How does this work?

      • Over the 10 days, you will receive a mix of daily 10-minute practice videos sent directly to your inbox every morning at 6:30 am GMT.
      • Including two live Zoom sessions with Dominique on both Fridays 21st and 28th Jan at 8:15am GMT.
        These practices were made for the whole family so feel free to invite your children, partners, or anyone else who needs the extra support. It’s always more fun to de-stress and feel empowered together!

      When you sign up to this series, you will also receive exclusive access to a private Facebook group where you can share and ask any questions you may have about the practice.

      1. How long is the daily content available for?

      The 10 min practice video will be sent to you every morning at 6:30 am and will be available for 24 hours so don’t forget to set aside 10 minutes everyday to practice.

      2. Why is the content available for 24 hours?
      Sophrology needs consistency for you to truly reap its benefits. We make the daily content available for 24 hours so that you have ample time to practice everyday and it does not get confusing when you progress through the daily practices in a chronological manner.

      3. What if I miss the live session?
      2 x 15 minute live sessions with Dominique will happen on both Fridays, the 21st and 28th of January at 8:15 am GMT on Zoom. The link will be sent to you the day before. If you miss the live session, the video will be sent after the practice and will be available to you over the whole weekend.

      4. What if I don’t have Zoom?
      Register anyway so you can access the recordings of the live sessions via email. When you register, you will also receive an exclusive invite to the Facebook community group where I will be offering extra support for those who have questions between the practices.

      5. Who can benefit from Sophrology
      The whole family! People of all ages, cultures, social levels and religions can benefit from practising Sophrology. Sophrology is a gentle but effective technique to help calm the mind, relax, sleep better, deal with anxiety and stress, prevent burn out or to prepare for important events. Sophrology has been widely practised across Continental Europe for decades in different settings including schools, hospitals and corporate environments and championed by everyone from Olympic athletes to high-flying CEOs!

      6. Is Sophrology a therapy?
      Sophrology is a self-development practice based on easy-to-do relaxation, breathing, gentle movement, meditation and visualisation exercises to help you balance mind and body and feel empowered in the modern world. Sophrology can bring many benefits to feel calmer, empowered and in control. Sophrology is fully compatible with, and complementary to other approaches but does not replace medical or psychotherapeutic treatment.

      7. How does Sophrology compare with other approaches such as yoga, etc?

      All approaches offer different benefits and it is for the individual to decide which might suit them best. The power of Sophrology lies in its combined approach – working on body and mind together to reach another level of awareness and wellbeing. Being in a state of dynamic relaxation makes it easier to focus the mind, enabling you to examine your physical and mental being at a profound level. You learn to take responsibility for your own life and health and how to deal with a range of issues and symptoms. Sophrology not only helps people to positively live the present moment but its practice include techniques to helps prepare for the future (including specific events), or overcome tensions from the past. It is an easy to learn method, something you can learn for a lifetime and apply in many situations.

      8. Do I need to know about meditation or yoga to join?
      No, the programme is suitable for everyone; it is simple and short so people can use the basic tools of Sophrology to improve their wellbeing, manage stress as well as discovering the first step of this unique method.

      9. What is the private Facebook group for?

      All those who register get access to a private Facebook Group where you can ask Dominique any questions you may have about your practice and share your experience with like-minded students.
