bloom@58 offers a wonderful integrated support service using complementary medicine dedicated to mothers to be: it is a total care pregnancy programme to help pregnant ladies to be healthy in mind and body and to prepare them for birth.

Dominique Antiglio, Founder of bloom@58, is a highly experienced Sophrologist and Osteopath who strongly believes that a multi-disciplinary approach is the best one during pregnancy.

She will be giving a talk with other bloom@58 experts, Osteopath Amberin Fur and Nutritional Therapist Angelique Panagos, on the benefits of this combined approach at the Private Pregnancy Show on Sunday 22nd May 2016.

bloom@58 integrates the expertise from complementary therapy specialists in the field of Sophrology, Osteopathy, Nutrition, Homeopathy, Acupuncture and gives access to mothers to a network of practitioners like midwives or medical consultants to help them with their pregnancy and beyond.

The bloom@58 clinic located at now 58 South Molton Street in Mayfair, London, provides a wonderful environment for mothers to be where they can benefit from tailored programmes working alongside their medical practitioner and midwife.

Swiss-born Dominique is one of the few Sophrology practitioners in the UK. Sophrology is a very popular birth preparation method in France, Switzerland, Belgium and Spain and is also used in hospitals and maternity units. Dominique helps clients to develop their inner strengths and resources using the mind-body connection, allowing them to face major life events with a sense of calm and control. This is particularly important for birth preparation, where Sophrology helps you to feel confident, learn pain control techniques, accept physical changes of the body, deal positively with emotional and sleep changes, and prepare for parenthood. Dominique notably studied with the founder of Sophrology, Professor Alfonso Caycedo, and with Dr Raymond Abrezol, who introduced Sophrology to Switzerland.

Her previous experience in osteopathy with a specialisation in babies and pregnancy, her passion for self-development and her understanding of complementary therapies, in general, has motivated her to create bloom@58 to give the best possible start to mothers, babies and even fathers.

At the Private Pregnancy Show seminar, the bloom@58 team will discuss how using a complementary approach to birth preparation is beneficial to the mother and the baby and the key points to consider to be as healthy as possible and well looked after during this special time of life.
