This month we are celebrating sleep and its importance to our mental and physical wellbeing. Quality sleep can be difficult to achieve on your own since it is deeply rooted in daily routines, unprocessed anxieties and stress, and maybe even habits and thinking processes you’ve had for years.

Sleep also thrives on regularity and given all the changes we’ve had to undergo in the last few months, it’s no wonder that a lot of sleep rhythms are out of sync. I’ve seen first hand how Sophrology can help with sleep so for those who have been having trouble sleeping lately, this is for you!
