Join us for a daily 25 minute guided Sophrology session to help you to find clarity and feel able to move forward with confidence and positivity. Our challenge is for you to feel and experience a profound change to your outlook in just 4 days.

A short Sophrology practice can quickly and truly transform your outlook turning negativity and fear into resilience, confidence and unlock your most positive self. Repetition is key in Sophrology, so committing to four consecutive evenings will allow you to feel the transformative benefits of our time together. You will be able to access a recording of each challenge session the next day, and an audio recording will also be available for you to download at the end of the challenge, so you can continue to benefit from that unique approach to transformation and use it anywhere and anytime you need.
