Woman Wellness Event: Pregnancy Lifestyle – Wellness and Medical Advice on your Approach to Pregnancy

Join Sophrologist Dominique Antiglio and other doctors and health specialists at the Woman Wellness Centre this 12th March 2020 for a wonderful event to learn about the topic of Pregnancy Lifestyle: Wellness and Medical Advice on your Approach to Pregnancy.  

 

Dominique will be speaking about how Sophrology can be a useful tool for expecting mothers, to help them with birth preparation as Sophrology combines breathing, relaxation, visualisation and body awareness to help you navigate life’s ups and downs and positively deal with stress during pregnancy as well as preparing for birth.

  • Tankut Kofturcu, Sports Therapist and Nutritional Advisor specialised: will speak of the benefit of exercise during pregnancy and how to reclaim and maintain women’s identity.
  • Priscilla Ferreira, Holistic practitioner: let people experienced a free trial therapeutic massage after the event.
