Working one-to-one is a personalised way to explore Sophrology, whether you’re managing a specific challenge or preparing for an important event.
Your session begins with a confidential conversation to understand your needs and tailor the practice to you. Then, your Sophrologist will guide you through a state of dynamic relaxation using breathing, gentle movement, and visualisation – helping you feel calm, focused, and empowered.
At the end, you’ll reflect on your experience and receive practical exercises to use between sessions. Most sessions include a recording so you can continue practising at home.
Sessions last around an hour, with 10–30 minutes of guided practice. While five sessions are typically recommended, everyone is different. The goal is to give you tools you can use anytime, building independence with the method over time.
Sessions are available in English and French.

Sophrology is for everyone. It’s a gentle, accessible method that can be adapted to suit all ages, abilities, and levels of fitness.

No need to prepare – just come as you are. It can be helpful to reflect on what you’re currently facing or what you’d like to improve, but there’s no pressure. Your Sophrologist will gently guide you through the session and help you understand how Sophrology can support you.
Pricing for individual sessions currently starts at £70 for a 60-minute session.

Each of our Sophrologists has a profile on our website where you can learn more about their approach, experience, and areas of focus. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out – we’d be happy to help match you with the right practitioner.
We understand that plans can change. If you give us at least 24 hours’ notice, we’re happy to cancel or reschedule your session.
Please note, we have a no-refund policy for cancellations made within 24 hours or for no-shows, as it can be difficult to fill these spaces at short notice. In these cases, the full session fee will still apply.

All BeSophro one-to-one sessions are held online via Zoom, so you can join from wherever you are. Once you’ve booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your Zoom link.
There’s no need for special clothing. Sophrology involves simple breathing exercises and gentle movements, usually while sitting or standing. Just wear whatever you feel comfortable in — casual or relaxed clothing is absolutely fine.
Yes, absolutely. Sophrology can be introduced from an early age, and our Sophrologists typically work with children aged 6 and above.
