“I’m a big fan of an evening shower or bath (full of magnesium or sea salts). Once out, I open the windows in my bedroom to let in fresh air for the night, and listen to a podcast, read or speak with my partner. When my body feels ready for sleep, I lie on my back and do a sophrology clearing breath – this is where you address each section of my body and actively relax it on your exhale.
