Details: This third session of the Uplift trilogy is a BeSophro team-led masterclass dedicated to integration and lived experience. Following two sessions exploring definition, posture, and phenomenology in Sophrology, this third encounter invites participants to embody what has been explored, anchor their professional posture, and strengthen connection within the BeSophro Sophrology community through shared experience, reflection, and practice.
If you were unable to attend the first or second masterclass, this is not an issue: the session will begin with a brief recap to ensure everyone can fully engage.

These sessions are designed exclusively for qualified Sophrologists and students currently in training. Whether you’re newly certified or more experienced, UPLIFT offers space to grow, reflect, and connect with our community of Sophrologists.
Each masterclass runs for approximately 75 to 90 minutes and is held live on Zoom.
Not at all. Each masterclass is a standalone session, so you’re welcome to join the ones that resonate most with your interests and schedule.
No — to honour confidentiality and create a safe space for live sharing and reflection, sessions will not be recorded.
Just a quiet space, a notebook if you’d like to jot down reflections, and an open mind. You’ll receive any specific instructions in your confirmation email after booking.
Each session is £22.38. There’s no ongoing commitment — just book the sessions that feel right for you.

We understand that schedules can change. If you give us 7 working days’ notice from the time of the event, we’re happy to refund your ticket in full.
