Let me tell you that I feel much more rested when I wake up in the morning now.
I have been doing all your courses since last year but lately I was struggling to feel rested as I have to wake up at 6.30 am every morning. I am a good sleeper but I was waking up very tired, low mood every day. With the sleep course, I am starting already to feel more and more rested as the days are passing. This is magic! I can’t imagine how energy I will have at the end of the course!
