No previous experience with Sophrology is needed — just an openness to pause, breathe and tune into what you need.
The Mama Series includes twelve sessions, each focusing on a different theme to support you through pregnancy, birth, and early motherhood. You can move through the sessions in order or choose the ones that feel most relevant to you right now.
The real benefits come with repetition — practising daily helps you go deeper, strengthen your confidence with the method, and experience lasting calm and resilience over time.
Each session is around 10-15 minutes and follows a simple, supportive flow that’s easy to follow.
Dominique or Natalia will begin by introducing the theme for the week, then gently demonstrate each exercise. Once you’re familiar with the movements, you’ll be guided through the full practice — helping you settle into the session with confidence and ease.
