Part 2 of this workshop is for people who have already participated to A Calmer and Happier You workshop, or have done a 1to1 session with Dominique or Sophie, Sophrology classes or read Dominique’s book. We will notably use the knowledge of the Body Scan and Clearing Breath to dive a step further into the method and discover Level 1 in greater depth.
Level 1 is a fantastic tool to manage stress, ground yourself in your body, learn to live in the moment and cultivate a positive outlook on life. As with all BeSophro class, a recording of some of the practices will be available to take home to carry on your practice.
