About this Challenge

The Spring Resilience Challenge is a free 4-day live online journey, taking place from June 8th to June 11th 2026.

Each day, you’ll be guided through a 40-minute Zoom session (12:00 UK time) led by an experienced sophrologist, combining simple explanations, guided practices and space for reflection.

If you’re unable to join live, all registered participants will receive access to the recordings so you can revisit the practices in your own time, available until 3 days after the challenge ends.

This journey is designed as a live and interactive experience, creating a space that feels more like a shared moment than a traditional webinar.

Throughout the challenge, you’ll also be supported through a dedicated Instagram community, where you can stay engaged, reflect and feel part of a collective dynamic.

Each session is rooted in Sophrology, a mind-body method that combines breathing, gentle movement, body awareness and visualisation. Practised regularly, it helps regulate the nervous system, release tension, and build a more resilient and balanced state.

The intention of this journey is simple: to help you feel more grounded, more aligned, and better equipped to move forward in uncertain and challenging times.
