I would like to introduce you to Reena Patel, acting as my PA. She is the precious link between the work I do in my practice and you, and she is here to help you organise your sessions, inform you about my next classes, provide any help or answer any questions you may have about my sessions.

Hello everybody!
I’m Reena, Dominique’s PA. I have been with BeSophro for six months now and have enjoyed learning about Sophrology and its numerous benefits. My role is to help you facilitate your sessions and help with any questions and concerns you may have.
Prior to supporting BeSophro, I worked as a qualified management accountant for 11 years. Since graduating with a BSc in Accounting & Management from Aston University, I have spent most of my working career in investment banking, where I held numerous roles in finance.
Outside of work, I enjoy my home life, adore spending time with my son and daughter, reading and good food. I’m a regular at the gym and enjoy high intensity training and boxing! I am keen to experience different things in life and as a result try to travel as much as I can!
