During this 50 minute class, Sophrologist Sophie McGrath will take you through Sophrology’s unique combination of relaxation, breathing, body awareness, visualisation and meditation exercises to help you relax, unwind and learn new strategies to overcome stress.
Sophrology’s practice is simple to implement in your daily life and can support everyone to feel happier, more balanced and empowered .
The class is open to everyone whether you want to discover Sophrology or already practice it regularly. Sophie is a passionate Sophrologist who specialises in stress-management, sleep, burn out and supporting people through change.
