Our world is changing faster than ever and asking us to adapt quickly. For some of us, this brings new levels of uncertainty and anxieties. We can either resist the change and increase our stress or choose to evolve and embrace the new world that is offered to us. Being able to let go is key in navigating this new reality in a positive way, remaining in a state of balance and building the next steps of our existence.
Letting go can be extremely difficult at the best of times but especially when we are stressed, tired or emotionally challenged. We have all experienced moments when our mind, body and emotions are just going round and round preventing us from experiencing peace, clarity, restful sleep or just enjoying our lives. When we are able to let go and reconnect with the flow of life not only can we feel happier but it allows for new possibilities to arise in our lives.

Over this 4 day Sophrology challenge, Sophrologist and Author Dominique Antiglio will share a set of practical tools to help you identify, acknowledge and transform what holds you back in your life so that you can access a calmer and happier state of being.
She will share with you a toolkit of Sophrology “super tools” that you can use at home or on the go which will help you throughout your life to process stresses and emotions. With the help of these super tools, you will be able to find the resources and energy to embrace everything life has to offer or to build a different future.
As part of the Sophrology Challenge, you can also become part of the BeSophro Sophrology Community Group on Facebook. A private group that benefits from monthly guided practices with Dominique.
During this challenge, you will get to join 4 live practices with Dominique and a recorded practice at the end of the challenge which is yours to keep. If you are unable to attend the live practices you will be able to access a recording of the session.
