Sophrology techniques to sleep better!
Our new Sleep Well, Live Well will be hosted online. Please book below and you will be sent a confirmation. A few hours before the start of the session, you will be sent a zoom link to use on the day so you can join us.
In this course, you will be given all the tools of Sophrology to access to a restful sleep. The session involves a mix of theory and guided Sophrology exercises.
At the end of the session, you’ll receive a Sophrology practise so you can practice again on your own and at your own pace.
Whether you have trouble sleeping or simply care about maintaining a balanced lifestyle, this course is designed to help you with the following:
- Be at peace with your sleep patterns
- Think about sleep positively, looking forward to enjoying your nights again
- Learn how to calm and relax your body simultaneously
