"Marion and Sophrology were my first step to recovery"
“I enjoyed every session! The idea of Sophrology was very new to me and I didn’t known what to expect. However it was a wonderful experience…the benefits have offered me an opportunity to visualise how I want my future to look like, taught me how I can calm myself during moments of panic and create my own mental goal through imagination. I can now transform anxiety into movement, thoughtfulness, and mindfulness.
I was very lucky to have had these sessions ; I would recommend Sophrology to anyone battling mental health issues. Marion and Sophrology were my first step to recovery, and it is something I will remember for a long time. ”

“I learned to relax”
These short 30 min sessions made me more aware of
what generates stress within me. I learned to relax, project myself into the future, anticipate and ultimately better manage it. I loved the positive words and energy Natalia shared throughout the programme.

"The results were amazing"
“To be honest, I was not convinced before trying it, but I had to try something new… The results were amazing: in only 6 sessions, and about 2 months: I was less stressed, and I felt reconnected to myself and my desires. I also slowly changed my organisation at home, and I even got a promotion at work! Even my husband said that the atmosphere at home was more peaceful and calm. It was far above expectation.”

Dominique Antiglio
BeSophro Team
Neuroscientist, Head of BeSophro Scientific Advisory Board
Born in Switzerland, Dominique Antiglio was referred to a Sophrologist by her GP when she was 15 years old to overcome health issues that were not responding to traditional approaches. This introduction to Sophrology led her on a path to studying directly under the Founder of Sophrology, Dr. Alfonso Caycedo. Her background in Osteopathy and her passion for the mind-body connection has deepened her understanding of Sophrology and how to best use it to support the nervous system and empower people through challenging times.
Dominique is leading the movement of bringing Sophrology beyond Continental Europe to English speaking countries. Driven by her passion to make Sophrology available to as many people as possible, her best-selling book “The Life-Changing Power of Sophrology” was the first widely published comprehensive guide on Sophrology in English worldwide and BeSophro is now the leading online Sophrology consultancy and platform in the UK.
Dominique specialises in stress and sleep management, anxiety, self-development, and preparing for major life events. Combining Sophrology with her in-depth therapeutic experience and broad understanding of health and the nervous system, she founded BeSophro in 2011 to offer a unique approach to self-development through body and mind.
Dominique is part of the ASICS team of experts for ‘Movement for Mind’, which incorporates Sophrology into their new movement-based program to support mental health.
